CONCESSIONS
Eligible Concessions: Palace Movie Club members, Full-time Students [photo ID required], Senior Citizens, Health Care cardholders, Pensioners. One discount ticket per card per session will apply.
PARKING
On site parking is available at a discounted rate upon presentation of a valid film festival ticket. Parking conditions apply.

Conditions:
Phone Bookings incur a booking fee of $1.00 and can be can only be made using a Credit Card that is debited at the time of booking and must be presented for collection of tickets.
There are no booking fees for purchases made In Person in cash
We encourage you to print your Online Confirmation letter and bring it with you when collecting tickets.
Patrons are urged to collect booked tickets early to avoid queues
Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
Please note that screenings and times are subject to change.
All seating is reserved.
CLASSIFICATION
No person under the age of 15 years shall be admitted to the screenings of the films below unless in the company of a parent or adult guardian: CHARITON’S CHOIR, THE FLEA, THE LITTLE DOLPHINS, THE CANARY YELLOW BICYCLE, FADING LIGHT.
ALL OTHER FESTIVAL FILMS ARE RESTRICTED TO PERSONS AGED 18 YEARS AND OVER, UNLESS SPECIFIED. This does not necessarily relate to the content of the films, but to the censorship laws regulating festivals, as enforced by the Office of Film & Literature Classification.
SCHEDULING
All films will commence at the advertised time - please be prompt to avoid disappointment. Doors to the cinema will open approximately 10 minutes prior to the session time. Latecomers may not be admitted.
Dates, times and programs are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered. We reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programs without notice
