WelcomeThe Greek Festival of Sydney welcomes you to its 10th Greek Film Festival, a festival committed to showcasing the finest in contemporary Greek cinema. Our anniversary program offers you a rich selection. There are fifteen new feature films (thirteen contemporary works from Greece and two Sydney premieres - the first feature film co-production between Greece and Australia Beware of Greeks Bearing Guns and the U.S. hit My Big Fat Greek Wedding). There are also five recent documentaries from Greece and the "Best of the Fest", nine popular features from our past festivals that make up a unique retrospective of Greek cinema of recent decades.
